    Uche worked in my team as the national S&OP/IBP lead for the blood supply chain in England at NHSBT, before securing promotion to another role within the organisation. I can attest that her planning skills are second to none – she possesses in depth knowledge of planning theory and application, as well as a sound understanding of operations management having previously worked in a number of senior operational roles.
